DediOne is a Chinese VPS service provider. Although the website is in English, it was opened by Chinese people in early 2018.

drServer is a foreign hosting provider established in 2013. Good VPS Gathering has also shared it several times, especially the news that the previous few times were cheap independent servers.

ConoHa.jp is a Japanese VPS service provider, which belongs to GMO (z.com belongs to GMO). I personally don’t know much about this company. Domestic users buy American VPS.
